Understanding Our Park Rules and Guidelines for a Wonderful Stay

Community Rules & Regulations.

These rules & regulations will be enforced for the safety and enjoyment of our guests. They are subject to change or modification as needed and new copies willbe sent to everyone in this event. A copy of these rules must be signed by each guest..

Arrival/Departure Time and Cancellation:

Arrival time is 1:00pm-5:00pm; departure time is 11:00am. For Nightly guests, cancellation must be received by 7 days prior to arrival for a full refund. Weekly and Monthly guests must pay in full up front. Refunds will not be issued for early departure. No exceptions.

Quiet Time:

10pm-8am. Please be considerate of others. No loud music at any time. Quiet time is strictly enforced by on-site security/management.

Check-Out Time:

11:00am. If you plan on staying longer, the earlier you re-register, the better your chance of keeping your same site.

Alcohol:

Alcohol consumption is permitted for all campers over the legal age of 21. When consuming alcohol on property you are liable for your own safety and the safety of others. Do not drive on property (including golf carts or bicycles) after drinking. You are also liable for any destruction caused by you or your party. Please respect your neighbors and limit noise while consuming alcohol.

Respecting Other Campsites:

Respect social distancing and please do not cross over occupied camp sites.

Speed Limit:

Please maintain a speed of 5 mph or less throughout the property.

Septic:

These materials won’t decompose, will fill the septic tank and plug the system. Resulting in a backup & potential overflow into your home. NOT OKAY- Items that the Septic System CANNOT handle & will not decompose quickly. Grease- This is extremely harmful to the system & will cause a backup very easily “Flushable Wipes”- even though they say flushable, these are not good for septics Disposable Diapers Coffee Grounds, Egg Shells, Nut Shells Cigarettes Cotton Swabs/ Q-Tips Paper Towels Toys Sanitary Napkins, Tampons or Condoms Proper Disposal of Grease: Let the oil or grease cool and solidify. Once cool and solid, scrape the grease into a container that can be thrown away. When your container is full, place it in a plastic bag to prevent leakage and then throw it in the garbage.

Sewer:

Your sewer hose must be fastened at both ends using a connector or a rubber donut.

Children:

Children under age 17 should ALWAYS be under the direct supervision of a parent/guardian. Children should never be left unattended. We are not responsible for their safety or welfare. You are solely liable for their behavior.

Pets:

Well-behaved and vaccinated pets are welcome but must be on a leash when outside your vehicle or attended in the designated fenced off-leash pet area. A two (2) pet maximum is allowed per reserved lot—no exceptions. Always clean up after pets. Do not leave pets tethered or in a pen outside when you are absent. No pets other than service animals are allowed in the office or laundry. Owner is responsible for their pets and their actions. The following dog breeds are not permitted on property: Pitbulls, Dobermans and Rottweilers (or any other breed not permitted due to local law)

Trash:

Trash dumpsters/cans located on property are for personal trash only. All trash must be bagged & tied and PUT INSIDE OF THE DUMPSTER OR CANS (WHICHEVER IS PROVIDED). DO NOT leave trash outside by your RV. Sites are to be kept clean and orderly as determined by management. There will be a fine of $25 for any trash not appropriately put in the dumpster, left on doorstep, etc. Dumpsters are for household garbage only, any large items like mattresses, furniture, etc. left outside the dumpsters are subject to a $200 fine. These large items should be taken to a landfill or removed by a debris removal service.

Laundry:

Please leave the laundry room as you found it. Do not leave laundry unattended. You are responsible for your own property—the park is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. If machines are in need of attention, please notify the manager immediately.

Cleaning of Vehicles:

Washing vehicles in the park is prohibited, however, keeping your RV clean and in good repair is required.

No Fireworks Allowed. No Open Firearms Displayed.

Use of any open flame device besides grills in public areas, toxic chemicals, or any other hazardous equipment or supplies in the RV Park is prohibited. Ground fires or fire pits on property are prohibited.

Septic:

Tampons, sanitary napkins, disposable wipes, disposable diapers, paper towels, or other foreign objects should NEVER be flushed.

Fires:

Fires in general are permitted unless prohibited by local ordinance when fire danger is present. When lighting a fire, please treat it with respect and extinguish it completely before going to bed.

Parking:

One vehicle per campsite (additional vehicles are permitted for a small fee upon request). Boat/trailer parking is available for a small fee upon request. Please park parallel to your RV out of the main drives.

Soliciting & Peddling:

Commercial soliciting, peddling or selling within the community is strictly prohibited and it should be reported immediately to the community manager.

Do Not Hang Things From Trees/Picnic Tables:

Please do not tie ropes, chains, or leashes, including hammocks, tents, clotheslines, etc., around our trees or picnic tables.

Conduct:

Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated on property.

Ejection:

These park rules were created with the health, cleanliness, legality and welfare of all in mind. Any violations of the rules above are grounds for dismissal from the park.

Refunds:

If for any reason you are asked to leave at time of registering in at office or choose to leave early, no refund will be given.
