Awesome down home people
We really liked this place. It is calm, quiet and the owners are really nice. We spent our weekend near to Rainbow Spring with the whole family, including grandma, and the place was nice, secure. Great if you are planning to go to the springs (Rainbow). The most important is that the owners and people in charge are REALLY REALLY NICE. Thanks a lot!
Great, quiet, campground with spacious and tree shaded sites. (A rarity in FL). Everything is well kept and clean. Our hosts Grant and MaryAnn were warm and welcoming. We have already booked our site for next winter
Follow up to previous review, the water there is brown. We had to empty the fresh water tank, and flush everything to get rid of the brown. Even the toilet bowl had brown water and scum in it. Fortunately we used a brita for drinking water.
Easy parking in the front of the campground. The owners/managers are very helpful and friendly. There was a bit of road noise but that is to be expected at a convenient location and it didn’t bother us at all. Great stay.
